Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate team events, off-sites, and internal meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track budgets for team operations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, handling incoming communications and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a functional and welcoming office environment.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including workspace setup and initial administrative support.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in macOS and Apple productivity applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), along with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
