Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Support the reconciliation of vendor statements, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Help prepare and process accounts receivable invoices, ensuring correct coding and client details.
  • Monitor incoming payments, allocate them correctly, and assist with communication regarding outstanding client balances.
  • Maintain organised and accurate financial records, both physical and electronic, in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and other general ledger tasks as guided by senior team members.
  • Learn and apply company financial policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members within the finance department and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AP/AR processes.

Required Skills
