Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers.
 - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
 - Identify customer needs and proactively offer appropriate bank products and services, such as new accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions.
 - Maintain a balanced cash drawer by adhering to established bank policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
 - Assist customers with the use of ATMs and other self-service banking options.
 - Adhere to all bank regulations, compliance requirements, and security protocols to safeguard customer information and bank assets.
 - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
 - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
 - Process end-of-day teller work, including balancing the cash drawer and preparing daily reports.
 
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
 - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
 - Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality)
 - Familiarity with banking products and services
