Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition and cross-selling bank products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and propose customized banking solutions, including lending, treasury, and trade finance.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, ensuring adherence to the bank's risk policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client financial performance and market trends to anticipate and address potential challenges or opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Provide regular reporting on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and market insights.
- Represent ANZ Bank at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial products, credit analysis, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of market dynamics.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Experience working with clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Existing network of contacts within the Makaha, Waianae business community.
- Knowledge of local market regulations and economic landscape.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the regional market (e.g., Japanese, Tagalog, Korean).
