Key Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Verify and reconcile financial data, ensuring integrity and identifying discrepancies for resolution.
- Assist with the preparation of various reports, summaries, and analyses related to operational activities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support customer inquiries.
- Operate and manage various banking software and systems, performing data entry and system updates.
- Support the implementation of new operational procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed, including scheduling and correspondence.
