Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
 - Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis, including cash flow, assets, liabilities, and risk tolerance.
 - Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, superannuation, insurance, and debt management.
 - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and reviews.
 - Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning.
 - Ensure all advice and practices comply with industry regulations and ANZ Bank's ethical standards.
 - Identify opportunities for client growth and cross-selling relevant financial products and services.
 - Prepare and present clear, concise, and compelling financial proposals and reports.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
 - Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Financial Planner or Financial Advisor
 - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and retirement planning
