Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions, inquiries, and service requests.
 - Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
 - Provide information to customers regarding ANZ Bank products and services, referring complex matters to senior staff.
 - Maintain a thorough understanding of banking procedures, policies, and regulatory compliance.
 - Handle cash and negotiable instruments with precision and accountability.
 - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
 - Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
 - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and achieve collective goals.
 - Adhere strictly to all security protocols and risk management guidelines.
 
Required Skills
