Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
 - Provide accurate information regarding ANZ Bank products, services, and policies.
 - Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and online banking support.
 - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases when necessary.
 - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
 - Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
 - Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
 - Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
 - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
 
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 - Proven ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions-oriented service.
