Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior customer service.
- Drive branch sales performance, setting ambitious targets and motivating the team to achieve them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
- Represent ANZ Bank in the local community, building professional networks and participating in local events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee the security and maintenance of the branch premises and assets.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
