Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior customer service.
  • Drive branch sales performance, setting ambitious targets and motivating the team to achieve them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
  • Represent ANZ Bank in the local community, building professional networks and participating in local events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the security and maintenance of the branch premises and assets.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
