Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (especially remote)
