Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer grocery orders from designated store locations.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all selected items, paying close attention to expiration dates and product conditions.
- Utilize handheld devices/scanners to locate items, track progress, and manage order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or product availability issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service through accurate order fulfillment and attention to detail.
- Adapt to varying order volumes and store layouts, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
Required Skills

- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer sections.
