Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanning devices.
- Pack and ship items, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for safe transit.
- Sort and stage products for delivery.
- Load and unload trucks, both manually and with equipment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move products up to 49 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts that may be 10-12 hours long.
- Capable of working in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and frequently moving equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer navigation skills for using scanning devices.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification not required, training provided if needed).
