As an HR Assistant for Entry Level Hiring, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our candidates and new hires. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Entry Level Hiring team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment centers, and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of new hire paperwork, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Support onboarding activities, including coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries from candidates and employees, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR partners.
  • Assist with data entry and report generation for various HR metrics related to hiring and recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Manage HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, background check communications, and other official documents.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Experience in a recruiting or HR support role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices.
