Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products safely and accurately within the fulfillment center.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to quality and productivity standards.
- Scan products and place them in appropriate locations.
- Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (with proper training).
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
- Use handheld scanners and computers to track products and manage inventory.
- Assist with sorting and preparing products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to read and take direction in English.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
