Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel (virtual and potential in-person if required by role) for multiple leaders and teams.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other essential documents with high attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized digital filing systems.

Required Skills
