Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies and campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition and retention within the Atimbo, Calabar region.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities, providing actionable insights for product development and marketing initiatives.
- Organize and execute promotional events, roadshows, and activations to increase brand visibility and engagement in key local areas.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support product launches, special offers, and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with local dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support for marketing programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data and recommending improvements.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous service and product improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance, competitive landscape, and marketing activities for management review.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Calabar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
