Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in all lounge guests, verifying eligibility and providing necessary information with a welcoming smile.
- Serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with professionalism and adherence to licensing laws and company standards.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the lounge area, including cleanliness, presentation, and restocking of food and beverage stations throughout the day.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs, offering personalized assistance and responding to requests efficiently and courteously to enhance their experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor issues with tact, discretion, and problem-solving skills, escalating complex matters to management as required.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the lounge environment to safeguard guests and staff.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and order placement for lounge supplies to ensure continuous availability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other airport personnel to ensure smooth lounge operations and a cohesive service delivery.
- Support VIP guests with additional services such as flight information updates, baggage assistance, or concierge-style requests.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or client-facing role, preferably in a premium environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor, capable of engaging with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with distinguished guests, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an airport lounge, luxury hotel, fine dining, or premium hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
- Valid Personal Licence (SIA or similar for serving alcohol) or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
- A strong understanding of airport operations and security procedures, including landside and airside protocols.
