Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support to Airbnb hosts and guests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to account management, booking processes, payment systems, website/app navigation, and connectivity.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., engineering, product) with detailed documentation.
  • Educate users on platform features, best practices, and self-service options, empowering them to utilize the platform more effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality through professional and empathetic interactions.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes, fostering a continuous learning environment.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new features, and technical troubleshooting techniques to provide cutting-edge support.
  • Identify trends in technical issues and provide actionable feedback to enhance product development and user experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile applications, and general IT troubleshooting principles.
