As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of Air Peace, responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for every passenger on board. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and aircraft at all times, adhering strictly to aviation regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, cabin inspections, and ensure all emergency equipment is in good working order.
- Deliver mandatory safety briefings and demonstrate emergency procedures clearly and confidently to passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, attending to passengers' needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight amenities efficiently and courteously.
- Manage and resolve passenger queries, concerns, and conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer first aid and respond effectively to medical emergencies or other challenging situations on board.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure a comfortable environment for all passengers throughout the flight.
- Complete all necessary flight documentation accurately and submit reports as required.
- Work collaboratively with the flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure seamless flight operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of personal grooming and presentation.
- Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
- Proficiency in additional Nigerian or international languages.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- A minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
