Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including waybills and customs forms.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Enter and update data into logistics management systems with high accuracy.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Support the preparation of reports on logistics activities, performance, and costs.
  • Assist in the handling and organization of materials within the warehouse or storage facilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes.

Required Skills
