Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding flight information, bookings, baggage, and other services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist passengers with new reservations, changes to existing bookings, cancellations, and special requests in accordance with company policies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight statuses, travel advisories, and entry requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high degree of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments and refunds accurately and securely.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the designated systems.
- Adhere to all company guidelines, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and system updates.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or airline environment.
