Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive user research activities, including interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
- Translate complex user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, elegant, and effective user interfaces and experiences.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, information architecture, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Adobe XD and other relevant design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively and thoughtfully.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to brand guidelines across multiple products and platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Advocate passionately for the user throughout the design and development process, ensuring accessibility (WCAG compliance) and inclusivity in all designs.
- Actively contribute to a vibrant culture of design excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the design team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI design projects from concept to launch, highlighting problem-solving skills and user-centered approaches.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience with various qualitative and quantitative user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and their practical application in digital product design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics for UI (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand technical constraints and opportunities.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and workshop facilitation.
- Previous experience designing for enterprise-level software, SaaS products, or complex data visualization applications.
