Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, ensuring all project activities align with established timelines and objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively address potential issues or delays to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters and resource availability.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials in a timely manner.
- Support project managers in various administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed to ensure smooth project operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a technology or software environment.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clear and concise articulation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or familiarity with software development lifecycles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
