Job Description
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Adobe Photoshop Expert to join our dynamic creative team in Bossier City. This pivotal role is perfect for an individual with an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. As an Adobe Photoshop Expert, you will be instrumental in transforming concepts into stunning visual realities, meticulously manipulating and enhancing images for a diverse range of projects including digital marketing campaigns, web content, print materials, and internal communications. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and project objectives, consistently delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect results. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our visual brand identity and pushing creative boundaries. This role requires not just technical mastery but also a creative problem-solver who can adapt to various project demands and contribute innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced image editing, retouching, color correction, and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.
- Create complex composites and seamlessly integrate various visual elements to achieve desired artistic and commercial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual styles and brand guidelines across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs.
- Optimize images for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and mobile applications, ensuring optimal quality and file size.
- Stay current with the latest Photoshop features, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Manage and organize a high volume of digital assets, ensuring proper naming conventions and archiving.
- Provide technical guidance and support related to Photoshop best practices to other team members.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on visual assets to uphold quality standards.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (CS6 or Creative Cloud suite).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing advanced image manipulation, retouching, and compositing skills.
- Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect work.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in creating and working with Smart Objects, Layer Masks, and Adjustment Layers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop.
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
