Job Description
Are you a highly analytical individual with a passion for data and a proven track record of extracting actionable insights? Adobe is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Frenier, Slidell. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making across various business units. You will leverage Adobe’s powerful analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and the Adobe Experience Platform, to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth and optimization. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
As an Adobe Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our digital customer journeys, understanding user behavior, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing specialists, and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), develop comprehensive dashboards, and present your findings in a clear and actionable manner. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources, primarily using Adobe Analytics and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business health.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product, marketing, and business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define tracking requirements, implement analytics solutions, and ensure data integrity.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and provide insights on experiment results to optimize user experiences and business outcomes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely through presentations, visualizations, and written reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data analytics, digital marketing, and Adobe's product suite advancements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst) or similar web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 360).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analysis Workspace).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data stories effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other customer data platforms (CDP).
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, and customer lifecycle management.
