Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve Adobe's brand guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all internal and external communications.
- Design and produce a wide range of brand assets, including marketing materials, presentations, digital campaigns, website elements, social media graphics, and event collateral.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic objectives and messaging into impactful visual designs.
- Oversee the application of brand standards by internal teams and external agencies, providing constructive feedback and ensuring brand integrity.
- Contribute to the strategic development of brand campaigns, visual storytelling, and brand voice that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design tools, and competitor activities to continually elevate Adobe's brand aesthetic and approach.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at various levels, incorporating feedback effectively and iterating on designs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in brand design, graphic design, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) is mandatory.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of brand identity projects, demonstrating a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, identity systems, design thinking, and best practices across various media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related creative discipline.
