Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments and senior staff members in a remote setting.
- Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, appointments, and conferences, including preparing agendas and distributing materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and internal messaging, ensuring timely and professional responses.
