Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and internal communications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
