Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned corporate departments and executive staff.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and meticulous expense reporting.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and professional presentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries appropriately and professionally.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality, security, and easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with various office management duties, including ordering and managing office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee special projects and events as assigned by management, ensuring timely and successful completion within established parameters.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
