Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to various departments and executives.
  • Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality of all records.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and information retrieval.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication by drafting announcements, memos, and updates.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with precision and discretion.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional reception.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
