Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily office operations, including administrative support, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee office budget, expenses, and purchasing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and events, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Administer human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing time-off requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external inquiries and internal support requests.
