Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and refine administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and reduce operational costs.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule complex meetings across multiple time zones, coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, and prepare detailed expense reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, and facilities management to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and in full compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and off-site gatherings, including budget management, logistics, catering, material preparation, and post-event analysis.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all administrative matters, providing timely and professional assistance.

Required Skills
