Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by supervisors.
- Provide logistical support for departmental meetings, including scheduling, material preparation, and minute-taking.
- Support project coordination efforts, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct research and compile information relevant to administrative projects or initiatives.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Observe and learn from various administrative processes and decision-making activities within a healthcare setting.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
