Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.
  • Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as appropriate.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
