Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to assigned executives and teams, managing complex and ever-changing schedules.
- Coordinate and arrange extensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, exercising discretion and judgment to prioritize responses.
- Create, edit, and proofread professional presentations, reports, and other documents using advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Plan and execute internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and managing technical setup.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering as needed by the leadership team.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and liaise with facilities and IT for support needs.
- Act as a professional liaison between executives, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
