Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences for senior executives and teams.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other confidential documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with planning and execution of office events, team gatherings, and client meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper equipment functionality.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as required by the leadership team.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
