Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, managing incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents and information.
- Assist with the preparation and editing of real estate documents, contracts, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office environment remains tidy and fully stocked.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings for agents, managing calendars effectively.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them appropriately and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Support agents with data entry, CRM management, and lead tracking to optimize their workflow and client follow-up.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and expense reporting as needed, ensuring financial records are accurate.
- Assist in organizing company events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to enhance our brand presence.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the office, contributing to overall team success.

- Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
