Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant with a keen eye for detail to join our bustling Digbeth office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately categorised and easily retrievable.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring the office is well-stocked and organised.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining client databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR and finance functions by assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as onboarding documentation or expense report processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless office operations and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive office environment by offering proactive support and maintaining an organised workspace.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
