Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Undertake special projects and research as assigned, demonstrating initiative and discretion.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
