Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Act as a liaison between the team and various internal departments or external clients.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
