Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
  • Prepare and format various documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members as needed.
  • Support team members with data entry, basic research tasks, and project coordination.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, including common areas.
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and internal staff.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
