Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members.
  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Assist with office supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels.
