Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing calls and visitors appropriately.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate and support special projects and events as assigned.
- Facilitate internal communications, including drafting memos and announcements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
