Torch Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

- Manage project documentation, track progress, and facilitate communication among remote team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Provide administrative support for various programs and projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of remote employees, ensuring all administrative aspects are handled efficiently.
- Research and analyze administrative tools and technologies to recommend solutions that enhance remote team productivity.
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all administrative functions and platforms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Analyst, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a professional environment.
