Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating accurate financial records and ledgers using internal accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve queries.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, internal controls, and data privacy policies.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by organizing and retrieving financial documentation.
