Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
- Perform meticulous data entry for various financial records, including invoices, receipts, general ledger entries, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and other financial documents to identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account analysis.
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports, schedules, and statements as required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits by gathering and providing necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain organized, confidential, and easily accessible financial records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal departments and external parties regarding financial queries and information.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures.
