Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of small to medium business clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to proactively recommend relevant Partner Communications products and services.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration process.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling/cross-selling within existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and account management skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software is a plus).
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow within the telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (not mandatory, but a plus).
