Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing restaurant partners, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to increase partner engagement, retention, and growth on the Uber Eats platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Analyze performance data to provide strategic recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and renewals with partners, optimizing for mutual benefit.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and new Uber Eats product features to effectively position our services.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales or account management targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the food service, technology, or on-demand delivery industry.
- Master's degree or MBA.
