Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of individual and corporate client accounts under supervision, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client financial needs through effective communication and analysis, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Prepare and present tailored banking solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and CBK's offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Credit, Operations) to deliver seamless service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting activities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- High level of proactivity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
