Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program to learn about Britam's products, services, and sales methodologies.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist senior account managers in managing client portfolios and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present product information and proposals to potential clients under supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and product development, to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Contribute to team sales targets and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
